Ce que de-i mande, en effet, ce que réclame ce malheureux pays, épuisé par tant d'épreuves, écoeuré par tant de déceptions, c'est l'ordre, la tranquillité, le labeur assuré, le lendemain certain, et, non plus comme autrefois le droit au travail, mais la possibilité du travail.
