The findings of this research showed that street children are children who are denied the right to all basic necessities. They are struggling hard to meet their basic needs. They are also becoming more and more vulnerable to a wide range of problems. Therefore, the issues of child development and protection of the right of the child need to be placed at the center of the overall development agenda both at regional and national levels, as well as at community levels. Street children should be involved in any programs/activities designed to address their problems. They can be a great potential resource if they are given support and the opportunity to participate.
