The work entitled: United Nations Refugee Protection Law and Management of Refugees in European Union is an interesting masterpiece that can provoke serious thought among academics, policy makers, public commentators and analysts. The book x-rays internal conflicts, particularly in the developing countries which have disrupted international peace and security due to the degree at which influx of refugees has posed a colossal human and national threats to the global community. However, it is also the responsibility of international community to take care of this group of people (refugees) who are supposedly under the protection of international law. Regrettably, the fear of disrupting internal peace and security and social, economic as well as other internal challenges in individual European Union members have necessitated the rejection and abandonment of good number of refugees who have found themselves in a state on limbo. International community should respond to this global challenge.
