It is a most informative book, where the author have tried to show the vital role of weed control methods in combination of forms of nitrogenous fertilizer for the growth and yield of hybrid rice. Urea super granules produced the highest grain yield, straw yield and biological yield due to the highest dry matter production throughout the growing season and comparatively higher weed control efficiency. Among the weed control methods, Sunrice 150WG was found the best for controlling weeds. About the author

Shimul Chandra Sarker, was born on 5th april in 1986. He has completed his graduation from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka-1207, Bangladesh, he also completed his Post-graduation under the department of Agronomy from the same institution. He also acquired the specialty on the successful dissemination of agro-technology.
