Il nome del fabbricante Ana/des finora era conosciuto soltanto mediante una tazza a fig. Nere rinvenuta Chiusi (brunn Gesch. D. Gr. II p. L'esemplare proveniente da Orvieto prova ch'egli era contemporaneo di Nzkosthenes. Propose finalmente un candelabro di bronzo trovato presso Orbetello con sul fusto due figure, cioè di sepra un serpe, e più ingiù un efebo ignudo che si arram pica al fusto, mirando contro il serpe con un'asta. Bonmanxz iscrizione arcaica di S. Quirico presso Spoleto, contenente una legge per un bosco sacro (v. Bull. In ap presso). Comm. DE rossi: gesso favoritogli dal sig. Achille Santi di Spoleto d'iscrizione conservata in Eggi, e rife ribile ad un bosco della Bona dea (v. Bull. In appresso).
