The Arab Israeli Conflict: The Phenomenon of the Intifadas - The Palestinian rebellion against the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip

For the last several decades the Israeli-Palestinian conflict was mainly interpreted as a theological conflict, only few argued the political and socio-economic differences. The conflict started by the end of World War II and till this present day the struggle is continuing. Since the day the Jews stepped their foot on the Palestinian soil in 1948, the Palestinians never stopped fighting for their lands, and they will never stop until they have a recognized independent state called 'Palestine'.

About the author

I graduated from the British University in Egypt faculty of Political Science. I was born in Baghdad,Iraq under tremendous political conflict for the first 13 years of my life,it had raised a lot of questions on what type of a world we live in.
