About the author










Sacchidananda Mukherjee is an Associate Professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP), New Delhi. His research interests include public finance, environmental economics, water resources management and human development. He has co-edited the book Environmental Scenario in India: Successes and Predicaments published by Routledge.
Debashis Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. His research interests include international trade policy and WTO negotiations, environmental sustainability and Indian economic development. He has co-edited the book on Environmental Scenario in India: Successes and Predicaments published by Routledge.
