The impact of Online Marketplace System in the global world today cannot be over-emphasized. With the continuous advancement in computer and information technology especially in the rural areas and business sector, there is an exponential change both in terms of buying and selling. In the new era of information system and technology, the traditional system of trading has proved inadequate to meet the enormous demand for business more especially for customers who are living far away from the location of the companies. Hence, there is need for Online Marketplace System. Most people have lived with the mindset of trading and acquiring knowledge only for the purpose of buying, selling of goods and services when they log into any E-commerce system.
