About the author

Folke Snickars is Professor of Regional Planning at the Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Brita Olerup, formerly at the Department of Infrastructure and Planning, now a Senior Researcher in the Department of Industrial Economics and Management, Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Lars Olof Persson is currently associated both with the Department of Infrastructure and Planning at the Royal Institute of Technology and the Nordic Centre for Spatial Development (Nordregio), both in Stockholm, Sweden.
