In Siggers v. Evans, pp. 521 527, there is an intere. And often cited judgment on the presumed assent of 8 gr: to the grant there is no exception to this in the case grant to a trustee, for the purpose at any rate of holding grant irrevocable.
The Crimean war left its mark on the reports of this in cases of which more than one will be found in this vol Divers masters of British ships homeward bound from Cc barely escaped or did not escape at all from conicting of trading with enemies or coming home freightless.
