Informationen zum Autor Victoria worked as a secondary art and design teacher in English secondary schools. She is now a Research Fellow in Education at Birmingham City University. As part of her role, she supports trainee teachers on initial and in-service teacher training courses. Her main interests include the exploration of creative teaching and learning and how we might foster these approaches within educational contexts.   Susan Wallace's particular interests are in mentoring and the motivation and behaviour of students, hence she is a popular keynote speaker at conferences. She is Emeritus Professor of Education at Nottingham Trent University where, for many years, she supported learning on the initial training courses for teachers in the FE sector. She has researched and written extensively on education, training and behaviour management. After enjoying many years as a classroom music teacher, Martin undertook full-time doctoral research, working across the education and music faculties at Cambridge University, investigating teaching, learning, and assessment of classroom music making.
