Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Macedonia

The book is divided into two parts. The first part of it is about protection of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Macedonia conformity European standards. The second parts of it is about the protection of copyright in the Republic of Kosovo of 2011. Protecting intellectual property rights is important not only for the owner of the idea, but also for the society as a whole.The protection of intellectual property rights can be considered as a prerequisite for development of economic cooperation between states. Legal protection of intellectual property rights means the legal regulation of these rights.
