Rhinoceroses rights are ignored as three parties fight each other to rule the BRAP Jungle. The National White Rhinoceroses Congress Party (NWRCP),The Black Rhinoceroses African Party (BRAP) and The Rhinoceroses Teachers Association Workers Party (RTAWP. At their campaigning rallies, all Rhinoceroses are promised manna from heaven. Ordinary poor Rhinoceroses risk with everything to support politicians in their areas. Come election day, they all go out in numbers to exercise their voting rights. As they mark an X on ballot papers, they are excited that their lives are going to be good, if it is not best. After election results, the winning candidates are sworn in. Then the political noise disappears, it goes away with all those promises during the campaigning time. Corruption begins and most in power grabs as much as they can. Crime and poverty increase remains a concern in the BRAP Jungle. War errupted again, more innocent Rhinoceroses are killed and others are left crippled. Majority of the Rhinoceroses run away and look for refugee in other farms as hunger increases due to economic melt down of the BRAP Jungle.
