These studies are about clinical practice in "real life" scleroderma patients with good and bad issues together forming a "metaphysic entity", unexpected results, rising new dilemmas over the old ones... We dared to wake up the DNA, papillary combs and epithelial cells desquamation process of fingerprint trying to unleash the very early scleroderma. We tried a holistic x-ray over cytokines and autoimmunity system in manifest systemic sclerosis, an ultrasound over capillaroscopic elements in collagen rheumatic diseases, a prognose of regular and basic treatment of scleroderma, a view of vascular involvement over fibrosis. We intended to define a new easier composite score in these illness and a lot more. Hope you have the time and vision to enjoy and great thanks for doing it!
