Dr Andy Milward is the founder and director of Milward, a consulting firm specialising in strategic leadership.
Professor Sir Cary Cooper is the 50th Anniversary Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at the University of Manchester, UK. He is President of the British Academy of Management, President of RELATE and Immediate Past Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences.
