The strategic objects of Health Assembly resolutions followed in the years from 1998 to 2015 developed the complex of factors that relate to bacterial resistance and its driver, antibiotic usage and take into account the technical, financial, regulatory, educational and behavioural aspects. The primaries aim of the study was projected to evaluate providing and determine the value of DDD/1000 based on the evaluation of antibiotic consumption as well as the general evaluation of antimicrobial resistance. The work includes 6 years of study of propose goals in Emergency Medicine Institute of the Republic of Moldova with the overall 620 beds and their main departments as Reanimation, intensive Therapy, intensive Neurological "STROKE" as well as septic Surgical and septic Orthopedic-Traumatology departments, comparatively to many programs and other surveillances that include more than 5000 hospitals. The antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic microbes in EMI comparatively to the overall space of Romania and the Republic of Moldova appears to be higher.
