Io ho tentato di ottenere dei preparati col metodo del Ganci, ma ciò non mi è riuscito; il che non mi fa però disperare di riusare, circo stanze più favorevoli; perchè a confessione dello stesso autore (18 II, p. 421) i buoni risultati ottenuti con questo suo metodo sono ancora in parte casuali e fortuiti.
