Marija Jovanovski-Srceva nasceu em Skopje. Em 2013 terminou o seu mestrado em ciências médicas (MMedSC) e em 2016 terminou a sua tese de doutoramento (PhD) na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade "Ss.Cyril and Methodius", Skopje. Na mesma faculdade, foi eleita para assistente na disciplina de Anestesiologia.
