Wang Shaoqiang ist Professor und Doktorandenbetreuer der Fakultät für Design, Visualisierung und Animation der Universität von Guangzhou (China). Er ist ein überaus produktiver Heraus-geber, dessen Veröffentlichungen sich mit internationalem Design, Architektur, Branding, Kommunikation, Trends und Kultur beschäftigen. Zudem ist er Herausgeber der Magazine Design 360° und Asia-Pacific Design. Er ist Gastdozent an vielen Univer-sitäten, Design-Akademien und -Organisationen und Jurymitglied für die prestigeträchtigsten Design- und Illustrationspreisen in China.
