Jacqueline Mariano, Chemical Engineer, D.Sc. in Energy and Environmental Planning (COPPE/UFRJ, Brazil). She has 18 years experience in the field of Energy and Environmental Planning as a researcher and as a consultant. Since 1999, she has been being heavily involved in environmental activities, pertaining especially to oil and natural gas industry.
