Dr. Belal Hamed Taher Shneikat wurde 1983 in AL Salt, Jordanien, geboren. Er erwarb seinen B.Sc. in Regionalplanung und seinen MBA an der AL Balqa' Applied University in Jordanien. Seinen Doktortitel in Betriebswirtschaft erwarb er an der Eastern Mediterranean University in Nordzypern. Derzeit ist er Dozent für Betriebswirtschaft an der Universität von Kyrenia in Nordzypern.
