Der Stoff, welcher in der vorliegenden Abteilung behandelt wird: Die Ana tomie der Sinnesorgane und des Zentralnervensystems ist ein besonders umfang reicher. Um nicht zu breit zu werden, mußte deshalb die Darstellung bestrebt sein, sich so kurz zu fassen, wie es angängig ist; doch aber durfte natürlich nichts wegbleiben, was für das emdringende Verständnis des Ganzen, sowie für die Bedürfnisse des Studierenden und Arztes nötig ist. Ich hoffe, daß es mir gelungen ist, diesen Forderungen gerecht zu werden.
