This work endeavors to shed light on some range management practices to attempt to increase and improve rangeland productivity. The first chapter illustrates the study area and problem statement. The second chapter show the literature review which related to topic. The third chapter investigates the materials and methods on how to do that techniques to improve rangeland such as water harvesting and reseeding. Finally chapter four discuss the results and findings. In the last this work give us which techniques better and suitable to improve rangeland in Sudan.

Dr. Sahar Ezzat is assistant professor of Range management and development in Sudan University of Science and Technology, Khartoum. She has obtained her B. Sc (Honours), M. Sc in Range Science and did her Ph. D from SUST. She has more than 10 years of teaching and research experience and publishing numerous articles.
