This book is a product of different researches that adopt the ethics and good corporate governance frameworks. There are many fundamentals questions to ask in relation to ethical issues. Answers to these questions can be found in different sections of this book. This book is made up four sections. The first section explores the relationship between ethical leadership and trust from a new thinking perspective and proposes a new theoretical framework for the study of the relationship between ethical leadership and trust. The second section looks at ways to address the ethical issue of bribery from different dimensions. Lastly, the fourth section, evaluate public governance and management in Africa from a utilitarian (good or bad consequences) perspective and proposes ways for improving the situation.

Omoregie Charles Osifo, PhD is a Researcher at the University of Vaasa, Finland. He holds a Master and a Doctorate degree in Administrative Science from the same university. He is published in various scholarly management and institutional journals on issues relating to ethics, anti-corruption policies and procedures, public governance, etc.
