About the author










Martin Demant Frederiksen has a PhD in anthropology. His work focuses on subcultures, urban development, temporality and socio-political change. He is assistant professor at the Department of Cross-Cultural and Regional Studies, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Katrine Bendtsen Gotfredsen holds a PhD in anthropology and has done extensive research on the implications of social and political transformations in the Republic of Georgia. She is lecturer in Caucasus Studies at Malmö University and Programme Manager with the Danish NGO Cross Cultures.
