GB Boraiah est professeur adjoint d'économie à l'AVK College for Women, Davanagere. Il a obtenu les diplômes P.G, U.G et Ph.D. de l'Université de Kuvempu. Grâce à sa vaste expérience de l'enseignement aux niveaux primaire et secondaire, il est devenu l'un des professeurs les plus appréciés. Il est devenu l'un des professeurs d'économie les plus populaires dans cette partie de l'État du Karnataka. Son domaine de spécialisation est l'agrofinancement.
