About the author










Rasim Yilmaz currently teaches economics and finance related subjects in Turkey. His field of interest comprises microfinance and the fight against poverty, the economy of China and macroeconomics.
Günther Löschnigg is Professor at the University of Graz, Austria. His research interests include labor economics and public economics.
