During Master Degree in Technical University in Istanbul, I have focused all of my attention on the usage of SAP computing environment and the type of support programs ETABS, by modeling the seismic action influence on structures. As a result of research, I submitted work "Comparative design of RC high rise buildings according to Eurocode and American design standards ASCE 7-10, ACI 318-11, IBC 2012". Based on the results obtained in computational part in ETABS, according to Eurocode and ASCE, structural elements like beam, column and wall were checked and reinforcement was design. The usage of steel reinforcement, placement details were compared and some discrepancies between two ways of analysis were explained as a conclusion. The results of the project were some simple construction drawings included after computational part.
