In a turbulent business environment, organizations rely on innovation capabilities within their processes and systems to achieve competitiveness. Yet, for continuous permanent innovation capability, an embedded culture of innovation is paramount. Innovation culture is flexible enough to absorb changes in the market and capture creative ideas in an inclusive and supportive organizational climate. This book presents The Innovation Culture Enhancing Model (The ICE Model) to develop innovation culture in organizations. Literature was thoroughly investigated during The ICE model development stages. The model was then tested and subsequently modified over a two-year period in a large pharmaceutical company in Jordan using action research methodology and utilizing credible assessment instruments. The ICE Model Dimensions include: Leaders as change agents, Shared work values and Motivation as part of a multi-layered levels of analysis study.
