Ethics is one of the important dimensions of the human life. In the Samanid era, the Nishapur inscribed potteries encompass moral tenet. These principles have a close relation with the chivalry (and Chivalry- letters) and Sufism concepts. In this research is tried to survey the inscribed moral tenet such as happiness, patience, benediction, ignorance, wisdom, gratitude, etc on the Nishapur potteries in the Samanid era, and on the other hand, the relation of these concepts with chivalry and Sufism is studied.
