About the author










As a nursing professor, it has been my privilege to meet numerous patients and colleagues. It is through these relationships this book has emerged. Thus the impetus for this book and my area of research has been on inter-professional team collaboration and chronic disease management and how clinicians involve patients in their care trajectory.
