Development of the Pesticide Sprayer System in Egyptian Cotton Field

Developed a self propelled spray pesticide machine with one worker, it can control in spray rate, higher concentrations can be used with less solution which increases efficiency. The developed machine can control in spray rate pesticide per feddan by used air pressure with pump pressure,it is a self propelled and unlike spray motor, it can overcome numerous problems associated with the traditional method (spraying motor)), such as non-uniform spray distribution, high damaged of steams, and high labor and time requirements.
