Die Autorin Sabine Metzinger lebt am Bodensee.
Über ihre berufliche Tätigkeit als Arzthelferin, Krankenschwester, die ehrenamtliche Tätigkeit im DRK und bei der Bahnhofsmission und ihren Ausbildungen als Heilpraktikerin und Coach, drang sie tief in die Materie der physischen und psychischen Gesundheit des Menschen vor. Die eigene Familien- und Lebensgeschichte lieferte hierzu ebenfalls ein breites Erfahrungsspektrum. Die Summe all dieser Einblicke und Erfahrungen veranlasste sie dazu, dieses Buch zu schreiben.
