Mr. Cox was a school social worker for 13 years with the Long Beach Unified School District (LBUSD). Michelle Alvarez, EdD, MSW, is Associate Dean of Social Sciences at Southern New Hampshire University's College of Online and Continuing Education. Dr. Alvarez was also the former President of the School Social Work Association of America.
