For a stronger gravity, collapsing procedure generally results in a black hole, whereas for a relatively weaker gravity, naked singularity becomes the ultimate fate of the gravitational collapse. Presence of dark energy weakens a collapsing procedure up to a considerable extent. In the quest of finding a suitable model for the present universe, we see that Modified Chaplygin gas in Brane gravity is a deserving combination. Generalized cosmic Chaplygin gas, although presents a more universal outlook due to being less constrained, yet it is a relatively weaker form of dark energy compared to Modified Chaplygin gas.
