Also, he brings forth the idea of negotiating joint ventures or partnerships as well as having dialog with successful property developers. Over all, there is obvious emphasis that is placed on the importance of real estate as land is only thing that is real, and it is vital that indigenous Liberians further explore ample ways for not only living, but also to ensure economic development for world view.

About the author

P. Douyean Roberts is a Liberian in the diaspora, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has studied at Tarrant Community College and Jarvis Christian College. In addition, he spent time studying at Beijing Foreign Studies University, China. Currently, he resides in Arlington, Texas.
