Jill Collis, BA (Hons), PhD, was Reader (Associate Professor) in Accounting at Brunel University London, UK, where she was the founding director of the Accounting and Auditing Research Centre.Roger Hussey is Emeritus Professor at the University of the West of England, UK, and the University of Windsor, UK.
