The addenda includes citations from the decisions contained in late volumes of Reports issued from the press during the progress of the present work.
The preparation of this work has involved the necessity of an examination of all cases referred to, and the aim of the author has been to render it as complete and accurate as pos sible. It is hoped that its usefulness will be found to bear some reasonable proportion to the amount of labor bestowed in its preparation.
