Prof. Dr. Wilhelm Schäperclaus (1899-1995) war Fischereiwissenschaftler und Professor an der Humboldt-Universität Berlin sowie an der Preußischen Landesanstalt für Fischerei.Dr. Mathias von Lukowicz war bis 2004 Leiter der Bayerischen Landesanstalt für Fischerei und ist Mitglied im Präsidium des Deutschen Fischereiverbands (DFV).
