Today, neurological disorders, neuromuscular disorders are very important in creating. Including neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease. Parkinson's disease is a neuromuscular disorder that commonly causes hand tremors and shaking head. Parkinson's disease is caused by genetic mutations, but also epigenetic factors are critical in inducing the disease. In this study we have analyzed 567 people. 267 Parkinson's disease (PD) and 300 control group. The genes alpha-synuclein (SNCA), parkin (PRKN), leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2 or dardarin), PTEN-induced putative kinase 1 (PINK1), DJ-1 and ATP13A2 analyzed in terms of genetic mutations made.
