The aim of this book was to investigate the knowledge, attitudes and practices for contraception among women and girls in rural area in prefecture of Elbasan, Albania. A cross-sectional study using a quantitative approach with 300 women and girls from rural areas. Nearly 95% of women had heard and about 75,3% of them have good knowledge about contraception. From 61.7% of women who are using any method, 19.3% are using modern methods of contraception and 42.7% use natural methods.
