Advises Agreement. - The question of the increased tariffs for local switching. Which the Toronto Board of Trade and the C. M. A. Are combatting, will be disposed of finally at a meeting of the interested parties before the Railway Board, at Toronto, unless they can come to some agreement in the meantime. Sir Henry Drayton, chairman of the com mission, advised the contending parties to get together, explaining that it was a different matter to say what are fair charges on movements within terminals.
