Excerpt from Supplementary Excavations at the Kirk Street Agents' House, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, Massachusetts
Discovery of the partially extant foundation wall of the missing ell necessitated redesigning the accessibility ramp and porch. The redesigned ramp will impact only disturbed deposits resulting fiom the filling of the missing ell in the 1920's. The construction of the porch will impact only deposits that have been duly sampled. The following report brie¿y summarizes the results of these excavations.
