The Jammu and Kashmir is a very unique state in comparison to other state of India. Jammu and Kashmir is the Muslim majority state. Kashmir is a much disputed state between India and Pakistan. Basically Kashmir acceded to India in 1947 under special circumstances, with a guarantee towards the protection of its autonomy under Article 370 .of the Indian Constitution which restricted the powers of the Indian union in Kashmir to communications, defence and foreign affairs. The Kashmir is "paradise of India" which considered as the most militarize part of the world where the Armed force (Jammu & Kashmir) Special Power act has been enforced in 1990. This Act has considered as a "draconian Law". According to the Law the Armed force have the power, "To enter and search any premise in order to make such arrests, or to recover any person wrongfully restrained or any arms, ammunition or explosive substances and seize".Shutdowns, curfews, protests are not new to Kashmir is, mainly the Kashmiri women is the worst sufferer of the armed conflict. They are the direct and indirect victim of armed conflict.
