About the author










James Munves, born in New York City in 1922, graduated from Loomis Chaffee and Brown University, and served in WWII. He is the author of a dozen books, including Andes Rising. For more information see his website, jamesmunves.net. He has three daughters and four grandchildren. With his wife, Barbara, he grows apples in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
