This book elaborates that how the molecular clouds and stars are formed in the interstellar medium (ISM)in astrophysical plasma environment. What are the basic conditions which are responsible for the formation of heavenly bodies in the universe in a very simpler manner. It deals about the well known Jeans instability and radiative instability in variety of conditions incorporating the different physical parameters such as rotation, viscosity, porosity, permeability, thermal conductivity, Hall current, Finite ion Larmor radius corrections, finite electrical resistivity and radiative heat-loss functions, both in gaseous and dusty plasma environments. The results presented in this book are helpful for understanding the process of molecular cloud formation, structure formation and star formation in interstellar medium.
