Carol Twinch, who lives in Rendham, Suffolk, is a writer and historian who has been researching the history of the area for more than 20 years. She was a local correspondent for the Eastern Daily Press and Eastern News for a number of years, has worked in television and radio, and has written more than 20 books on a wide variety of subjects.
