Le psychodrame

La psychanalyse nous a depuis longtemps habitués à tenir compte des mobiles ignorés de notre comportement. Mais nous appréhendons mal les rôles que nous tenons vis-à-vis de notre entourage direct et de la société. Jouer ces rôles dans un cadre protégé permet de réactiver les sentiments sous-jacents et de rendre à la personne la liberté d'action et la spontanéité créatrice nécessaires à toute adaptation sociale. Tel est le but du psychodrame.
