Dr. Tilley has been one of the foremost consultants and educators in veterinary cardiology for nearly 20 years. He is also well known as the author of the popular book, The 5-Minute Veterinary Consult (the Wiley-Blackwell publication that launched an entire series of 5-minute books) with Dr. Smith. Tilley is a popular presenter at veterinary conferences nationally and internationally. As Dr. Smith's co-founder of CardioPet in 1980, Dr. Tilley has been a driving force behind telemedicine and its development as a service devoted to consultant expertise and continuing education.
