About the author










Christopher Mills, PhD is board certified in surgical neurophysiology and neuro-diagnostics. He holds a diplomate in surgical neurophysiology.

A native of southern California, Dr. Mills has lived, worked, and went to school in the United States and the Republic of Ireland. He holds a bachelors degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University at Boca Raton, Florida. A masters degree from Trinity College in industrial psychology, and his Ph.D. from University College at Trinity in bio science with an emphasis in neuroscience. Dr. Mills has his Diplomate from the American Surgical Neurophysiology Board.

Tofer as he is know to his friends, has been consulting for for various medico-legal cases for the last 10 years. He is currently attending The University of Arkansas for Legal studies.

Irish Institute of Clinical Measurement Science (Neurophysiology)

Tofer has a very eclectic range of interests out side of the clinic and operating room; such as traveling, playing his cello, golf, spending time with his family, friends, and dogs. When time allows, utilizing his private pilots license to fly small aircraft recreationally.
